There are many sporting opportunities at Berwick Secondary College. Students are given the opportunity to participate in inter-school athletics, swimming, cross country and carnivals.

Students in years 7-8 have a four period physical education and sport component within their curriculum. This unit consists of a form of competition in a range of sports including coaching sessions and preparation for the major carnivals (swimming, athletics and cross country).

The college has excellent facilities including exclusive use of the Berwick Leisure Centre, Berwick Football Ground and Edwin Flack Athletics Track during school hours. The college also has its own indoor stadium and synthetic hockey pitch.
