Absence Notes

If a student is absent, even for part of a day, we require a note signed by the parent/guardian to be handed to the form teacher on the first day a student returns to school. Requests for permission to leave early should also be in writing and should be provided to his/her form teacher at form assembly, or the appropriate Year Level Coordinator to authorise with their signature. This note should be shown at the General Office when signing out before leaving. It is the student’s responsibility to have this note signed before presenting to the General Office.
